After doing some research on the web, I have found out that the Puffle Handler is finally going to be a mascot. After months with no penguin ID, the Puffle Handler finally has got one. Club Penguin Cheats has provided more information below.
As you can see, the Penguin ID of the Puffle Handler is 176683320. Club Penguin may only be testing it for right now, but soon, Puffle Handler will be a mascot. In my opinion, her appearance should be at the Puffle Party. Puffle Handler does not have a background as of right now, when she gets one, it will be posted right here on Club Penguin Cheats.
As you can see above, Club Penguin does have an Australia Day and Puffle Handler is right on the screen of that. This is further evidence that she is making an appearance really soon.
